But, if your intention is to train this guy to Divine/Superdivine pace you are still miles better off to train him to that first before adding the other skills. No matter how good he might look at 20 which ultimately is the problem.

If you are prepared to train for the U21s then I do agree that the player you have highlighted is very good but if these guys in the prem or wanting to get to the Prem are training for their own teams future, that's obviously their choice and I can't knock them for doing so.

Ok stop fighting... and make a strike... I propose all English Users train Canadian players because England is to weak! Do that until England becomes stronger... how about that?

At least I could benefit from it! :)

no divine pace later on by time he is 24-25 then hit premier , why the rush?

they have to get everything right those that want to play and stay in the premiership though , maybe all players need to be like that maybe just the way i am almost doing it.....

I think I'm going to do my level best not get in to a conversation with you.

All you've proven is that you have no idea how I've trained my team over the years.

Why would we want to do that? I've heard some things regarding their U21 manager whoever that might be ;-)

Yeah...that I heard that to...that supper man...they call him: " His awesomeness les Q"

If he wins vs Poland they will build a castle next to his statue (second biggest in the world...after Lore's... one has to know his limitations)!

Besides that...he is also smart, beautiful and very modest I heard! Good chap...too bad there aren't enough Canadian players in England...or else he would have visited us!

P.S. I heard that if he just passes trough a room...it will smell like chocolate for 3 days...because they bathe him in Milk and Chocolate there!... We should all be jealous of him!

I have an idea.

Weakly if that useless Bensted is anything to go by.

As a side, I personally only update non English NT players if their skills go down. If their skills go up then I'd rather keep that to myself. I imagine I am not the only person who does so.

Oi...lets not turn this into a conflict of interests! Gibby and Jimmy...I hope you are reasonable and agree that this would affect the NT and U21 and that any conflicts between a National team manager and users should not go to affect that NT.

Let's not get mad on the flock because of a black sheep!

I can not believe this has gone so far! If you guys can not cooperate (U21 manager and users) then just stop taking and going at each other...that does not mean you can not have a simple professional exchange...that would benefit the NT and U21....its childish!

We do not need to always agree... that is the best thing about communication... lets communicate. Nobody can tell you how to manage your team...they can suggest different approaches but its up to you whether you use that advice or not. And if someone does not want to receive advices he can just tell the other:

"- I do not need you to tell me what to do!" If he keeps going then you just do not respond to him...its active or inactive listening ...or in this case reading. But to go and take it on the U21 Team (where others have also worked to improve) just because we cant get on with a manager...its simple...you have the voting option at the end of the season.

I am not saying that you are forced to help the U21...but you have done it so far...why stop now? Do not do it for the manager ...do it for you!...train for your team ....and let the manager know what you have to offer...its how its meant to be.... lets keep it simple!

I can not believe I am the one that has to point these things out...I am the LOONEY one remember!

Sorry if i offended anyone, i take it back, maybe i just got a bit carried away what with there not being many mids, but i did'nt mean to take it out on anyone personally.

I've found a couple of 'in form' players that hopefully will stay in form or get better or others get better giving the U21's a choice out of 5 mids (2 wingers) when fit.
