Subject: U21 Election

I am Aurel Craciun, and I candidate here to calified U21 England at Final Tournement, and maybe to win medal (if we have lucky).
My performance:
- Bronze medal with U21 Romania (a 10 season ago - first medal for Romania)

A 2 season ago I was coach Hong Kong U21 (against England U21 I make a draw 0-0 and i win 5-3)
Last season i with South Africa i win against England with 1-0 in friendly match, and i have more good result against better team.

PS: By 17 november i move in Birmingham to work.

What would you be looking to do to make improvements for the U21 side?

If you were the England manager in said matches, what do you think you would have done differently to what your opposing manager did?

Could you show one game where you made bad decisions and tell me what you learnt from it?

When i make tactic, i look everything taken together, because U21 player's was incomplete at skills.
At last 2 U21 teams i have poor player, but eveytime I tried to make the players play to complement each other by tactic. Some players were not qualities for certain jobs , but the tactics we managed to get good results with it, although I have been criticized because I have not chosen well.
And i have a good example for this in last season:
I use Mbambo (u21 South Africa player) in attack position although he don't has very good quality striker, but there's no extreme complete. (in match with Malayesia I use him extreme and I lost midfield). This is example and for your question (Could you show one game where you made bad decisions and tell me what you learnt from it?).

Aurel I think you are a verry strong candidate and the fact that you will move to England could help you improve your english skills as I think that is quite important. But leaving that...you write enough english to get by and I vote for a manager's qualities and skills. Can you tell me how can you help our comunity to help you...do you think you can tell people what to train or think that a more reasonable aproach like a simple sugestion of benefits would be enough.

On a side note...if you do win...I can act as a translator for you.

When I was coach (at specialy Romania), I speak with the community all time, I respected each owner wishes, with condition to be and the national team advantage, I asked to train player at both advantage, and i have a staff witch i talk about tactic and player skills
This is the way how I will can help the community.

And, yes, Aurel Craciun is my real name (Aurel could be translate as The Gold, and Craciun is Santa, or Christmas - Noel in German language)
