Congrats on winning the election, remember your promise, less waffle. Focus on results without excuses and hopefully things may improve for you.

TY, yes yes and remember there are about 50 schools open & about 20 who have a decent coach in place, it will be a hard task and if i qualify us i will be an pretty amazing coach in my book.

I tried every which way to get more schools open last year apart from about 4 users it fell on deaf who cares ears.

There have been plenty of countries with a tiny pool of players that have done perfectly fine. You only need 15 good players at any one time and they could come from a small pool of juniors.

But your alienation of manager's already with the right set-up is not helping either.

Now that Mansid has been elected we can help him or make him wasting his time with unuseful discussions..
It's time to close our mouth and start thinking it's a game and we are the England team, we all are the England NT.
Mansid offers to be a public member of our community we should support him, I believe.

My first young will play a match even if is horrible

And you have to know that I didn't vote for Mansid!
But I think it's time to work all together, it's a game going down year after year but we could find some fun if we create a group in our community
