This is a good point to keep on mind. I also agree in a death forum, *this*, he's one of the last motivated people.

As said Mansid I am really a newbie here so I don't know why I should vote for someone, I am just summarizing what I read and, if I can, have a look to some matches.

I was trying to make our bad 20yo's abit better for this forth coming season's qualifiers by playing them all season in friendlies , i was blagged by Mexico but i messed up on not coming in the top 48 i may still get away with it as there ar'nt that many good sides ranked 32 to 48.

Lets hope we get a good draw..

Hasn't taken you long to start under-estimating other sides again I see.

Obviously under estimating meant playing a much younger and therefore weaker side and if you read before you would no i wont play any weaker players in qualifiers or indeed important games again,

It was Qstarw and others that have pointed this out to me aswell....

mansid,2 facts:
1 your tactics provides your results.
2.the fact that you are an english and the other one is romanian,doesn`t make you a better manager.Qstarw is romanian, and have better results than you,aurell craciun is a better tactician than you..and this is a fact,not my opinion.

and btw i am also from Romania and i am proud of it

You are always going to be in for a rough ride when you have a disappointing season, part and parcel of the job. Hard to call where this election is going (I suspect it will be close), the U21s historically don't always qualify for major tournaments but you have to at least aim to get close and definitely no excuses such as playing the wrong players etc. It's not like the main NT which has only ever failed to qualify for the WC once under NCFC's stewardship.

PS - if you want to know how I did in my first season of NT management, P16 W10 D2 L4 assuming you actually wanted me to respond ;)

lol im loving this so far to me i've won every arguement , right to win this one is easy , was that when England had man y users and many junior schools open i think so therefore another invalid remark :)

There isn't an argument there though, so how do you win?

My plan was a 4 year plan to get us the best load of 21yo's that are 18yo now, i've always played the long game, believe it or not i no what i am doing, but we have all made mistakes.
I didnt play the safe game like proberly all the rest before me, but it seems i should have, but then i'd of 100% not gone for the job this season knowing we had a bad bunch of soon to be 21yo's , that has been slightly rectified by what i've been doing...

So how many users were there when you were manager and how many junior schools open to choose those top players from that we hav'nt got anymore. i think you better go for the job maybe , lets see what you can do now then, money where mouth is....
