So how many users were there when you were manager and how many junior schools open to choose those top players from that we hav'nt got anymore. i think you better go for the job maybe , lets see what you can do now then, money where mouth is....

Win games = get people of my back , loose games = people on my back , win games no praise from those same people.

I have to win games now and certainly not loose, i no....

man,wake up.....you are a very very very poor tactician.....as a u21 manager you are not a valid choise.and don`t mention about winning games because it was so few..

Not long ago i went nearly 2 seasons unbeaten in division 2 does that count? why am i even entertaining a fan of the oppostition, quite obviously trying to mess my campaign up.

If that's what you think that's your opinion , cant wait to give you a good thrashing in your sokker career :)

Gibbo - that is a fact but a bit harsh

I took over a very poor England squad (even the tactics were deleted by Toilet) - the squad was well behind the quality of the top 2 Nations at the time. England finished 3rd - as expected

The U21 elections candidates still don't/won't enthuse the Nation - Mansid does his best, but is certainly not positive or experienced enough to manage the U21's

The top English Managers (like you) need to stand in - then we can all rally round, & get our Nation enthused - then England moves forward

Ok try nothing only tactics just win games i understand , that's what i will do forever more with the international team sorry for trying somthing new and falling a few more places than we would of anyway.

Mansid, all i have seen you do is alienate all of the most well-known and longest-serving managers in the game.

You must know how important it is to have these people onside. You know the user numbers are small in England and dropping all the time but you are inspiring nobody with your attitude and the way you go about things.

It's difficult to forget people from Norwich ;)

Looks like you are not doing too bad with Kenya though these days. Realistically you'll never qualify for a WC without repeated flukes (could happen, you never know), but keeping scores down and beating Luxemburg isn't too bad.

I've retired from NT duties for time being. Theoretically I have the time being self employed I can make it, but the motivation which I had in abundance when I was in charge of England and USA is long gone sadly. I'm quite happy just to keep churning new defenders into the squads (5 of the current NT squad have had the majority of their training in my team, of which 3 are current players).

It's posts like this that lose votes. You don't have to argue with everyone you know!

NCFC could have a junior school but not play the games (he said he closed it at one point, then reopened but unsure what is the case at the moment). That's exactly what I do after all, as couldn't be arsed to set orders etc and ruin my pitch for minimal income you get from the junior league. Still keep bring the juniors through though.

But the alternative is a guy whom dos'nt understand English very well (not his fault he is Romanian) i no this because he messed up my training with Mbambo , and is moving whilst he would take over as u21 manager to a different country, granted he will learn more and in time will be ready to manage the U21's :)

Noone who is slating me in here would vote for me anyway.

Btw, if it's true that you don't have a junior school open, would it be possible to do so much like mr_gibbage does and just have it open to get the youngsters but not play the matches...we're really struggling for decent youngsters in England right now and we could really do with all the help we can get!
