This topic makes me fell missed :)) thank you all :p

@NCFC...you are right...but so is Mansid about your school...what would it take for you to reconsider opening it?

I agree that this is a voting forum and not just for slagging people off....last season was the first year i have really put an effort into bringing youth through and it cost me big... i was persuaded by the current u21 manager to do this and i know others too...i regret not trying as hard with qstarw at the helm but looking at the current crop coming thru we all have a good chance of raising a future star. I currently have 2 u21 nts in my squad just sad none english .

A good quality Manager - with some history of achievement in Sokker (i.e Prem status)

A person who knows what he (or she) is doing with tactics - types decent English that makes sense - & most importantly, can enthuse & inspire other Managers to pull together

Then I will open a Junior school, & put 100% effort into supporting England

Until that time comes back again - I will just wait

I do admire the U21 Managers of recent past for having a go - but even with their enthusiasm, there was no chance of success due to their lack of quality & experience

Faceinpalm,

I could have been Premier (won this division sold up to train a younger better side) but i choose too train, and when i get in the premier i will be there for good remember those words, i've always played the long game , maybe you should look at my team it's very young i will make premiership in about 2 seasons in my time thanks.

It's people like you who are killing our chances not me. tactics wont get me better players, & they were friendlies.

I'm with you Nothis, i wish i helped Qstarw more, should have trained a few English youth, i've paid over the odds for somwhat lesser English talent doing that now, i currently have 2 certs for U21's and 2 other maybes..

I'm not killing your chances of success with the U21's - you said yourself that you got things wrong on occasions (perhaps through your inexperience)

Please don't think I am having a go at you as a person - I'm sure you are a great guy, & I don't doubt your enthusiasm

It's a fact that the U21's have not been good or progressive for a long while - what is needed now, is a Manager many others respect with the English community to pull things together

You maybe the right person in a few seasons time - who knows

You are first chance to win in election.

You have just one problem in this season at U21 England: ranking
U21 England is ranked 50 and for a good draw was necessary to place 48

certain results may put smiles back on some faces and help the voting saga ;)...... was that the first in 4,5?

It did'nt matter i think we have a good draw :)

Was very good draw, but can be worst.
