a)
if the NT and U21 team, when we play at home, choose 4 stadiums where they would like to play and in a dedicated topic everyone of us will express his preference.
The National teams will so play at users preferred one.
b)
..if every week we take the best promoted ten (or less) young players from Junior School.
We have time until next Wednesday to vote for the best one of the week.
The winner will make then play at least 1 minutes in the next suitable friendly match.
IMHO it's something that can help to grow up our Junior Schools because players with 1 cap have more value on the market.
What do you think?

You are better off posting this on the bugs and ideas thread!
Let me take this further...on a side project (the what if kind) I have managed after 3 months to convert the .fla generated match to html...it took a while because we did the big part of action scripts converting manually just to understand the process and to get a first view of things...not the problem lays with making all that happen automatically. However I find this to be a project that I can present to greg as finished in a few months...my guys have to also make money for the company not just work on this :D...
This work was done with no help what so ever...no access to the actual sokker files ...but once a solution is found...greg can easily adapt it to his files.
Also there is another way of making this work and keep all the flash....It just needs to be an app viewing the game...like per say sokker match viewer...which would use flash to show you the game!
This is because flash actually works on most mobile devices (flash apps and games are present all over the android and ios) its just that flash player does not work...so if it comes as a package like all the flash based apps there is no problem what so ever!

To finish this...not being able to see the match is in my opinion not the big deal...its the tactics and orders that are a problem. For that all that is required is the good will of wanting to do it! A jpeg view of the tactical position can be easily generated automatically from the same flash view....just to get a view of where the numbers are. Also having an exact positions grid (only a few positions where a player can be as the field is split in small squares I believe its a 10 x 10) makes things not that complicated for setting orders in java or even html...and then send them trough xml to the flv file...so there are solutions...its just the will that is missing!
