I have a question regarding transfers.
This is from the rules (in the not allowed section) :-
- to transfer players over their fair market values
Does this mean that somebody listing a player for more than their value is breaking the rules?
If so, I've seen countless such cases of rule breaking and nothing is done. I'm assuming then that the rule means something a little different to what I have written?
Thanks (before I potentially go breaking the rules!).

If an admin thinks that a players its not worth the sale price ...the team that payed the price will still be deducted the transfer value...however the selling team will receive the amount that the admin thinks would have been the real transfer value. That way admins try to prevent cash injections.
Sometimes the admins fail to see some overpriced transfers but if you spot one...you can report it via support forms here:

So it does mean something different to what I was getting at ;-)
I meant, am I not supposed to list players for more than their current value. However, if this rule is just in relation to actual sale value then I can list them for what I want to without needing to worry :-)
Thanks.

To give you a good example:
Lets say you list this player for 1 mill pounds...
Johny Crap...all round disastrous .
I decide to give you that crazy price...for some reason.
The admin steps in and says...Crap's over priced sale value should be maximum 10k...considering his skills....therefore...
I will end up spending 1 mill....and you will end up getting 10k for the player (it was Crap any way so say thank you for selling him). The rest of the money is put into the secret admin bank account in Switzerland...talk about money laundering :))).

Sometimes people who left Sokker placed a mega bid for friend's player, in order to leave them their money.
I think this is the main reason to have this rule

When we'll organize a beer to discuss about Sokker "live", at the end of season?
I think we're not so much so we could organize something ;))

"Current value" and "fair market value" are two different things. There are transfers over their market value all the time, and these are rightly left alone. This space is left for clear overspending/cheating i.e. paying £500k for a £2 player, or £10m for a £500k player, that sort of thing.
You can list a £2 player for £1m all day long. It'll cost you to do so, they won't sell, and if they do you'll get fined anyway.

You can list & pay for what ever you want to sell them at
But what's the point of giving away cash - if any subsequent transfer is deemed way too high?
