Elmstead certainly have the strongest first XI. But results been below par so far this season. Including 2 losses to me!
I think you stand a good chance to get a result tomorrow night.
You saw my draw against Stiffs?
My issue is at the moment is that half of my trainees are near first team ready. The other half are no where near. So where/when to throw them in is a bit of an issue at present.

I saw this. Bart used the corner tactic. It blows my mind really. I understand the point of this tactic is to avoid injuries, but he got one anyway!
On top of that he lost and will make training harder for himself. I guess some people deem the corner tactic worthy.

Probably didnt notice that cup was scheduled on weekend and didnt set the lineup
Yeah quite possibly, but they've clearly used the tactic recently, and i don't get it. But i'm only using this one example as a data point.
I assume people have done their research and you do definitely get less injuries with these types of tactics.

if done well it does work because it minimises the activity of players that you want to protect, so you set for example GK + 3 players "to play" and risk injury but other 7 have 0%-5% activity and their chance of getting injured is very low or impossible with 0%
his tactic clearly makes no sense and isn't "safe" at all since all of his players have high activity %
people think that just setting players in the corner makes them safe somehow because they read about "safe corner tactics" but it doesn't work that way
I've players lots of corner / safe tactics during last season and got 10 injuries, but those were all injuries to reserve GK bought for pennies (I sacked 4 last season) or the "in field player" who is of low value and supposed to get the injury chance

Maybe i'll have to look in to it then, particularly since they are removing ranking points for friendlies(?)
Hardly incentivised at the moment, i've barely had any injuries for 3 seasons now...guess i've just been lucky...
...queue a bunch of injuries for my lot.

Forgetting to set up lineup correctly is the least of your worries if you are from hunstnaton.
Not sure how but I have a team that got a 36 rating in the FA Cup and is not a bot. I should be ok but it's not a Bot in the low 20's that others around me got. lol
Big up Aqua Seals, the only team to win at home in round 2.
Pretty poor 3-0 win tonight but I did face a team hitting 37 ratings. Fans won’t be happy though.
4-0 win for me. Played a very weakened lineup.
Potential there this season to put more effort into the cup than normal what with the international cup being a potential base for training trainees.
