So it`s time for me to sign off after eight seasons in charge of the English national team, starting late september 2012! This contains an incredible 128 games distributed into 82 wins, 13 draws and 33 losses. From late 2013 to May 2014 we went on an unbeaten run of 24 games which ended with a bitter semi final loss vs Scotland. Four WC qualification seasons, all of which led to the glorious World Cup. Three of four WC seasons led to promotion from group stages into playoffs and the latter two of them all the way to semi finals. So with two bronze medals, a progress in the rankings from 39 spot til current 8 (peaked at 4 early this season) and a lot of cool english sokker friends I say humbly thanks a lot for all the fun!
Wish the new regime the best of luck and I will definetely stay in touch ^_^
