You were one of them. Although as has been seen it was a bit of a false dawn but your squad at peak wasn't millions of miles off the top. Your record against me is on a par with forestman pretty much!

We both know you mean you and qstar. Probably right too, I think qstar has probably gone for the right approach in investing in youth as he is 2nd in his league with a squad miles younger than the rest. You just need to find a way of beating fman, you would at least get a playoff in the prem with your current team.

Lol, not exactly, as there are other L2 teams building as well.

That being said, I reckon we will have fair claims on promotion next season as long as I can replace the 3 guys that I want to replace before the season starts and I can keep them all on the pitch for the majority of the season.

If FR promote then DLR are a bit of an unknown to me. If they don't promote Forestman has had the tendency to go awol which could go against his team in a tight race. So we've definite chances next season whatever happens with FRs playoff imo ;-)

The current England and Canada U21 managers both have very young club squads (Southend FC and Northern Thistle respectively) as well as qstarw.

Not playing one myself for the first time in a while so pressure off us for once :-)

I've got a tough game, so am not expecting much at all.

But on the brighter side, I have just bought a mac, so adobe plug-ins allowing, I can view the game for the first time in a while.

Really disappointed - I thought that I would have run them a lot closer. In the end it was like Arsenal vs Man Utd...

I clearly have a big issue that my strikers are poor, however the team was weak and I think that I'm going to have to have a think about my tactics....

I lost my qualifier 5-0. I got as far as changing my formation last Thursday, then didn't select any of the right players in the right positions. It was going to be difficult anyway; i was matched with an easier game, i then won my last league match 13-0 and then it got harder :/

What annoys me is that despite me winning the league, because I lost the playoff my supporters are now furious and I will lose 15 per week until I've won 2 or 3 games in the league next season.

Fans like that can bugger off and go and support lesser teams like mcoi.

My fans are in slow decline - last season although not horrendous wasn't anywhere close to the best one I've had due to the poor first half to season. I heard the Wealdstone Raider was at a Forest Reserves game.

Hmm....new season...and star striker injured....just after I sold my backup striker and got an incredible, unbelievable 9000 for him.... 9000. really..... unbelievable...

Gutted, that we drew 1-1 with FRs after they equalised in the 89th minute. However, 1 pt against the main team in this division isn't a terrible start after the dust has settled ;-)
