A 2-0 win for me and we missed another penalty.
So at the halfway point of the season we now lead our L2 division by 4pts :-) Still an awful long way to go and it would only take a couple of results to take us back to the chasing pack but I'm delighted with how things have gone to this point I have to admit.

13-0 win against wd40. Boring. Prem has become pretty uninteresting this season.

Really? You are still only 3pts ahead of Old Evertonians. The finale of the season could get really interesting ;-)

It's a long time to wait! There's quite a few teams in the prem that look like they have given up or are rebuilding for a future comeback.

Maybe, but many of those teams would still likely win many of the current L2 divisions. There's a huge gap between the top of the Prem and the top of L2, much like real life.

There didn't used to be, it used to be very competitive. What we are seeing are the bare bones of an English community. The very top teams don't want to let it go, especially while they remain interested.

Out of the 100~ teams we have in England, i doubt many of them are even trying. Would love to know the % of people who watch their games. It's been 4 years since i watched games regularly and 2 years since my last one.

Oh i won 7-0 and lie 2nd to the only competitive team in my league.

I hardly watch any games. I did watch my first round CC game, which was the first game I watched in an absolute age.

The last time the prem was truly competitive was probably the season that you relegated. Seasons in the past, even when I went on my 5 seasons of winning in a row, any team on their day could beat any other. At the moment though, the chances of any of the bottom 4 beating me or Old Evertonians are small.

A good day for me, a 4-0 win and my lead at the top has now been stretched to 6 pts with 6 games to play :-)

I'm coming back to spank you and him again though :P lol

Just be glad I'm not in a playoff position, as I'd quite happily keep you in II like I have done before!

I'm happy to have bored my opposition to death again today and to have snuck another clean sheet win with the only goal, however, I have to play the Forest Reserves next week so my lead at the top is surely going to be whittled down by a number of points ...
