My name is László Zsolt, i'm a 40 y.o. hungarian nationality user from Romania.
I play this game from 2007, sence 2009 i am promoter of Hungary.
Actually i manage the Australia U21 team that i got for last two U21 World Cups, even if we had only 40-43 users, mostly without junior school.
Before the australian periode i managed the bigger U21 squad of Hungary(and i got them to for WC, after just 8 rounds we had qualified).
There we meeted the Netherland youngs in our group:first match we wins with 4-0, then our opponent comes back aswel with same result for them, that time.
But at last match we was long time ago qualified...
So, i was there on the last 3 U21 WC and i just wondered, how a great teeam like England U21 losed last WC participation?
Now i waiting for some votes here:D
I had now more NT experience and i'm almost sure to qualify a great team like yours to next WC, after i could it make that with so litle and so weak squad of my lovely litle kangaroos.
I don't wanna continue there, because people don't wanna update their youngs and don't respected atall my training advices, to get the team stronger.
The NT is'nt mine team, i need community's help to we get a group of users with same interest:to get the young England team into the better U21 squad groups for next seasons, where was some seasons ago.

I'm not sure, i win here in the elections, you have great users here, with a lot of gaming experiences.
But i promise, if i got your trust, i will make anything possible and all what depends on me to get your U21 between better young teams of the world.
Maybe you will be my next U21 WC country the third, one after other in row...

1)I wanna ask actual U21 manager:
-why he makes a lot of so shame results on last WCQ, that whole sokker world wondered about how could someone manage a good team to end 4-th in that group?
If he wanna repeat that "performance" again here?
- if he understand the difference between a two time in row WC presence with a 40 user's U21 and to end forth in group with over 130 users and much more stronger squad?

2)What new things do you think you can do that the current manager did not do?

I could keep a good team more seasons with good results, not just on friendlies, choosed by me to end them with english victory.Only one victory i find for England U21 on those friendlies, when the team had less marks than opponent...on a WCQ/WC you can't choose your opponents...
And i could get a not first valued team going to play on WC tournaments(not to be 4-th with second valued:D).

1)Japan NT: just one single friendlies season, but with some interesting results(winning against Bosnia, Romania U26 and Hungary.)
2) two seasons at U21 Magyarország-Qualified for WC(after just 8 rounds of WCQ), then out from groupstage( losed in 10 men vs.Switzerland, then draws with World Champions, Polska and Suomi)
3) four seasons at U21 Australia -Qualified twice to WC and out on group stage, last WC ended third in our group

So last 6 seasons i played on 3 WC-s, with two very different squads.

I do not normally go into another's campaign as it is frowned upon here, but you asked me to answer in here.
Simple answer to that is, it wasn't a good team.

I personally think i have put in a monumental effort to try & get us in the top 32 from about 53rd so righting the wrongs, have you not seen all our results at the end of last season, this season or the last match:

You think that will suddenly stop when the U20's won 6-2 against Norway [similar stats)

Also the season before where towards the end England began to be this seasons team, we played very well indeed only loosing late to Hungary, so we have been playing well for 1 & 1/3 seasons:

The official results counts much more than some friendlys, even i agree with you, you had better season, like me.But you had much more better team aswel.
My team is incomparable as skills of players with team England U21...and they still goes down in value, because they don't respected my training advices and don't updated their players frequently.
What can i do more with this type of players?

I need to use them, because they are between better i have!
I saw, is a very-very big difference of players that we have to manage and make results with.
I accept that it was'nt too fair to attack you here, but you begins with("I keep the database well updated & scout regularly [as some already no]").
I am here to give to english users the alternative choice of a new candidate, who can manage this team better than you makes in last WCQ campaign but they are'nt obligated to give me the chance here.
I am your counter candidate here, not your enemy...a new choice for England U21, if people wanna change here something.
If not, i will be first that i will congrat you for winning again here and wish you good luck for next season.
I hope you will make better, than at previous WCQ season.
PS:In that mach between us England normally wins(having much better team) and after i losed one of my better center def before second half.

I will show you next season, like i showed the doubters this season also i think there are teams up there not as good as us we will pass them too \O/ spamming my mailbox lol, i sent 3 you sent 3 back

Of course i think we will do better we have a far better team! please understand we had the weakest u21 side i think we could of ever had in the history of sokker England last season.

I copied some skills of my players above, just take a look at them.
Just compare with your squad players.
If you think, that it's so easy to take a so litle valued team and give him the chance to play on WC twice, to be the third in a WC group with them, i have no more to say here, no more to trust on me...otherwise please respect my work and my possibilities to could be there with your team to, if i win here.
Just a litle respect...then we give to people to choose.
PS:When i was U21 manager in Magyarország, the result was another between us(England managed by Qstarw):4-3 for my team, played with U20.

Here i got 2 votes when i resigned reading Mansid's thread.
I don't wanna stay in his way, i am so courious what will make in next seasons here.
Official games are another type of games like friendlies.
