After the best season the U21's have had for quite a few seasons i am now very happy in the position.
I no we dropped down to rank 53 under my reign [the season before] but i have got us back up 19 Ranking positions and a huge amount of points 2076 :) from about 1530
I keep the database well updated & scout regularly [as alot already no]
I am pretty sure i will qualify us next season :)
Any questions i will be happy to answer.

Any thoughts on the competition? So far you have an experienced manager running for the spot...what do you think about his chances? Are you scared?
Anything you want to improve to make the U21 Stronger?

We would like a decent draw and to sneak into the top 32 would i think assure us of qualifying but even if we don't i still think we have the strongest chance in my reign.
I am not scared because results are 9/10th's, [people trusted me when i said " it was more the team than my tactics" last season, this season i proved there trust wasn't lost on me]
I would like to try to stop some trainers going too high with 1 skill [like defence or pace] by explaining the benefits to both of us for not doing so.
Also as you have mentioned to me a few trainers could train a different skill as not to be training the same skill at the same time, so the nice mixture of different kinds of players continues...

I think you've actually done quite well the past season, unlike past seasons I don't think I can pick any holes in what you have done.
I assume if you were to be re-elected, you would only stand again the following season if you did qualify for the U21 WC this time around?
One of the biggest problem last time around was not getting results against small nations, do you think you have learnt enough over the past season to iron that out (and barring random factor) get the 3 points you need against them?

I feel we can now win all of the 'other' games, i also think we have a chance against a lot of the bigger sides just hope we stay clear of the real massive nations.
We really did not have the team last Qualifying campaign, but by the end i even proved we could mix it with Hungary [best in group by far] we lost 2-1 to a 74th minute winner.
*I look at it like this i probably needed a season to get used to it and we had no sort of team i felt it took me 2 seasons to sort the team out [i am Not saying it's Q's fault as he probably left as it was deteriorating which is understandable] i now will have 2 seasons [this season and next & maybe the 1 after too] with a decent side.
Yes i will step down if we don't qualify.

You are clearly passionate in what you do and also spend many hours trying to improve things on here. I've also not seen eye to eye with you on the odd occasion in the past, so putting that to one side, simply due to the season that you've just had (and frankly, it couldn't have been much better!!!), I just feel it would be wrong for the community as a whole not to vote for you this time. Therefore, I've voted for you ... good luck!
Thanks I-zsolt, yes Mexico do not look as strong this season , Bosnia will be tough , the rest we should eat for breakfast.
I knows them well:i ended my last WCQ group before Mexico and losed very close with Bosnia at WC.
The bronze medalist scoring the winner goal in the 86-th min.
Mexico reached the second pot mainly because they played U21 against my U20 recently.
