Fabbrogas to All
Hi guys,
i'm Fabbrogas, and you may know why i'm here.
I'm going to write a speech, to explain to all of you which are my plans, my ideas, my project, and if you already have any question i'm here to answer them..
I have some friends in England, so i decided to try to run for elections for these seasons.

Curriculum:
There aren't so many thing to say, i'm playing sokker since 2009, last season i decided to leave out my team to begin a serious carreer with NT, but i'm keep growing young talent in my own team..
I've been in C-series in Italy for a season, then i had to gave up because of some problems in real life.

National team side: i lead for first time a National Team several season ago, my first one was Thay senior.
After that i've been coach for 2 seasons of Italy U21 (everyone dream to lead his own National Team).
I've been coach for 2 seasons of Belgium U21 where i reached bronze medal and then for another 2 season in Brasil U21.

I know that maybe Englandis not a top level country in sokker as Poland, Romania, Turkey and some more, but i think there is a great potential in your player, and i would try to begin this adventure!

My point of view:
I know it's a bit weaker than Italy, but in my country we're traditionally good tactician..
Not everyone in sokker loves to do tactic, but i think that with strong tactic, even based on our opponent a weaker team could win also with 10 average points of difference!
I don't know if you remember some example, but some seasons ago an italian manager (solli) who leads Canada U21 won vs Italy and reached semi-finals with his team, and i know that England is stronger than Canada... or we can see even senior Norway, or Suomi during last seasons!

I like to do tactics, i study a lot my opponent, and i create tactic also to prevent his possible choices..
I really believe that tactics could do a great difference.

Other parameters which i consider foundamentala are Form (first of all), Experience, Tactical Discipline and Team work that many many CTs don't consider at all.
With these 4 "sub-skills" the difference between a strong and a weak team could decrease.

Project, Ideas, Plans:
Premise: if your ex coach wants to candidate again, i've already decided that i won't run vs him of course.

My project are a medium-long term, 2 or maybe more season to create a strong NT
I would create a medium large mixed staff.

There are 3 key points in my head:
-Community
-Staff
-Ntdb

I would keep the NTDB more update as possible with the help of your community, and all the players should be updated max 3weeks ago!
I would to ask to your community if there is anyone who would help me, and increase the interation with all the community. This need also to create a majour armony around all the staff!

Staff is second key point..
Harmony between staff members is fundamental, with a great staff we could work really well..
I'm not a CT who say: "I'm the CT and I decide" no, i don't like this way..
I always want to confrontate with my staff, in particular with vice CT and tactical help to decide how to play, how they see our opponent, and then i will ask to scouts which players they council me..
Of course i take the final decision, but only after a great teamwork!

A great comunity is the base of a great NT and U21 NT..
I would that National staff help new users to take right decisions about young players, their youth school and their trainings in 1st team.
"Older" users have to help a lot "younger" users, this is the base to increase our players level to reach great results!
In Italy there are many and many U21 players which are trained by users which are in lower league, we must encourage to train at their best all belgian players, and you'll see we could increase a lot our level!

So, community is founamental!

I would also open a weekly thread for the match of that week, where we can speak about tactic, players and something else to involve the community.
What about this point i would ask the help of an user who can translate properly our ideas for the thread.
Of course i could write them in english, but i guess it's better for all the community to have them in your own language.

Conclusion:
So basically, i would help the community to reach a great standard of knowledge and i would also create these 2-3 contest to feel the community more involved..
I think that community is the center of a great project and for great results, so if we can create a close-knit and strong community we could reach great results..

I'm really motivated, and i hope you could help and support me!

I know that maybe Englandis not a top level country in sokker
of course not, so please let mansid do his job.
I'll vote for mansid!

Nice to see an experienced candidate on the U21, thanks Fabbrogas.

I think greuceanu you can't vote in England and also Mansid is not a candidate, sadly I have to say.
Even if results were not good enough (not lucky maybe) he was helpful with everyone and he always tried to do his best for the community.
I appreciated.

I think greuceanu you can't vote in England

Without to read your long speech man, knowing you, i think, actually you're the better choice for England U21.
Good luck.

Thank you mate!
I'm already working with Qstarw to set our program for next season, as matches, players, trainings.
We have one season where we're free to any real objective, so we can grow at the best our younger players (19-20yo) to prepare them for next World Cup.

Italians to the power ;)

Got my vote

Our schedule for next season matches:

Week 1 - Latvija U2(?)
Week 2 - Turkey U20
Week 3 - U20 MWC
Week 4 - U20 MWC
Week 5 - U20 MWC
Week 6 - U20 MWC
Week 7 - Schweiz U20 - U20 MWC (?)
Week 8 - Portugal U2(?)
Week 9 - Argentina U2(?)
Week 10 - Austria U21
Week 11 - Belgium U20
Week 12 - Sweden U2(?)
Week 13 - Italy U2(?)
Week 14 - Perù U20
Week 15 - Romania U(?)
Week 00 - Việt Nam U21

A good mix, in my opinion, of really strong teams, and weaker to let younger improve and to test something with tactics.
First of all, during this season i'm going to focus on young players and their improvement, after that we'll think to results.

I'm going to update our schedule:

Schedule England U21:

Week 3 - U20 MWC
Week 4 - U20 MWC
Week 5 - U20 MWC - Malesya U21
Week 6 - U20 MWC - Uruguay U21 (?)
Week 7 - U20 MWC - Schweiz U20 (?)
Week 8 - Portugal U2(?)

Week 10 - Austria U21
Week 11 - Belgium U20
Week 12 - Sweden U2(?)
Week 13 - Italy U2(?)
Week 14 - Perù U20
Week 15 - Romania U(?)
Week 00 - Việt Nam U21

I'm already working with Qstarw at our database to prepare some paths and ideas for the future.
I think we're going to play many matches with U20 or U19 to try to have them at the best for next World Cup.
Experience and Team Play will be higher, with some % more in skills too.

Everything ready for friday. I'm going to try a sort of 4312, because i think that at the moment is probably the best tactic for our players
2015-10-22 01:11:04
I suggest that you don't write about your possible tactics on this open forum.
2015-10-22 01:16:22
I know, but Latvija coach is a friend of mine and we're not reading each other forum for this match :)
