The voting started again which i want to take part in. last results are not satisfying so i want to give my self a last chance in getting a better score for England. i dont want to start in other votes because I'm not interested i only care for England. right now we have good defenders, second line looks good now too the worst is the defenders unfortunately. but still we can still show we can have the best squad in the last few years because there are new players who can be used instead the old one. thank you, please vote for me!

Thank you.I can see that your a person of honour even though you represented England you still try to keep in contact with everyone on forum.

I was also tied to England because I hope one day to get my revenge.

What would you do differently in the past season with the benefit of hindsight?

Any comments on the group, what is your overall target for the next couple of seasons?

Recently i feel like i went back in building tactics.I used to win with 10% better players than i.Maybe i needed time to improve and learn with the club (NT),However i am good at putting the offence in a good position.Currently i am working on the defence as a result i have a lot of positive results out of it which i would like to use possibly in the future elimination.I like to be competitive with NT England.Currently i would like to use the positives for success.

Firstly i will use more tactics but it won't be easy because there are limits in the team which dont allow me more freedom.



3/What are you looking to get out of This job/position if kept as NT coach?

It would be good to once again get good results.I would like to fulfil my potential ,from my side i will do as much as i can.This would give me more respect from the English forum.Therefore this opportunity will allow me to be engaged in it then before.

What limits do you mean?

I also do think, that you have more respect from the English Forum than you think.... Maybe more involvement from the managers and myself may help yourself or whoever will be the next NT coach.

First of all in the team there is no winger, we have some that in the good fill up the spot but its too early.The weakest formation is defence which doesn't have no good or outstanding player.The best situation is in the second line and a striker.Im trying to make my technics good with what we have.In this season i will try to share more with the information about the matches.If i have a problem i will ask forum and not be closed.

The fact that the votes are ending today i would like to thank for all the votes.Whatever happens i will still train my players for future representatives i off course will cheer on the potential new coach.There is a high amount of votes therefore England clearly cares about the representation.If i potentially win will try to represent it as best as i can.My current knowledge will allow me to get better results now.Thanks Piotr.
