Hard to talk about best ever goalkeepers as the old style of football and the new style is so different, look at Neville Southall... amazing keeper, probably the best in the world at his prime but he probably would not cut it now as many other old ones would not.

I don't get why Buffon is so highly rated? Great shot stopper but I think suspect in the air. He has got better over the last few years since he learnt to punch properly. I didn't think he was that brave either in one on ones diving at people's feet.
I am not saying he is useless but I can't see why he is rated as highly as he is.

Why is a champion inside and off the field !!!

He has technical, physical, and head and also played on the highest level for 20 years.
No need to make big scenes when one plays as goalkeeper, you have to be precise and efficient!

I repeat absolutely that Buffon is one of the five best goalkeepers of all time!

Giovinco is the most underestimate Italian player, in this squad his pace and dribbling in 1vs1, would be a benefit in matches like the ones with Sweden and N. Ireland.
Also I can't understand why Conte played last match with Bernardeschi and Florenzi not in their natural positions

He didn't care, he were simply giving them match time as Italy had already won the group
