Subject: [NT] Behmen

2017-01-02 09:39:08
These posts are exactly why England has become stale.

Any conversation points some people are intent on bringing down.

It is EXACTLY right that Denmark should be spoken about and not glossed over. And Don Sal WAS a disappointment in his time (and never stuck around to rectify that to prove anyone wrong, just hopped along to 10000 other countries). His involvement was there through posting him as a credential in the 1st post.

In my opinion someone, who learns from his mistakes, would not intentionally ommit his Denmark campaign from the curriculum. And judging from his rough responses to unpleasant questions he really dislikes being criticised.

we're in a game and we should point to the managerial abilities instead of the person, in my opinion.

These posts are the reason why the forums are how they are.... There are also too many people intent on ruining genuine conversations... I never even knew about Denmark or when it happened... I'm sure there will still be a post somewhere regarding this and if people are passionate about Denmark should go on there and have their say.

Not on a campaign post..

I also feel that I am watching what I am saying because as we can see from this post how people can read comments differently from how they are meant.

Guys since there is not English mod and admin that takes care for England i was assign to keep an eye on England. I know elections are time for fireworks but i will ask you all to keep good tone and if possible to not mention people that are not part of the discussion.
Good luck to all candidates and instead proving who is bad lets figure what is good for the community.
Have a nice day and Happy new year.

Oh dear, we could do without an admin supporting that team keeping an eye on England ;)
Anyway, my 10p is people get crossed/upset for not much this days, let's have a bit of banter without getting emotional about it, people are allowed an opinion and to make a joke/statement, this is a flipping game, a game!, always remember that!

Anyway, back on topic, as far as the NT is concerned i personally think we could do with an injection of new enthusiasm / a breath of fresh air, this chap is keen, very active and with experience and could do a good job, don't care if he screwed up in the past we all do more often than we would like

Happy new year to all btw

This place has been a no banter zone since you know who banned it.

Soft.

The punk family is back ;)

Who would have banned the banter then? The dead of the British sense of humour?
2017-01-02 20:25:48
I can't say his name. They say if you mention it 3 times he turns up and starts a poll. :)

we're in a game and we should point to the managerial abilities instead of the person, in my opinion.

In my opinion personal qualities of the NT coach are very important. If you learn from your mistakes and accept criticism, you will improve much faster and your results will be better. Activity or experience of the NT coach are useless if his behavior causes he has a falling out with the community.

I never even knew about Denmark or when it happened... I'm sure there will still be a post somewhere regarding this and if people are passionate about Denmark should go on there and have their say.

Assume you have to hire a new employee. Applicants are sending their CVs and someone tells you that one applicant "forgot" to include one of his former jobs (and that he supposedly failed in this job). Would you recruit him without asking about such a skeleton in the cupboard? NT campaign is like a job interview, firstly the applicant presents himself and then the recruiters ask (tricky) questions.

Come on, you are the recruiter! Ask some questions. ;)

P.S.: Anyone knows why Behmen always deletes his election speech when the season is over or when he quits the elections? He is the only sokker manager I know who does so consistently.
