Out of interest, you've been managing since 2012, but your first team is poor and hasn't really progressed, despite SK being important for you, you've not shown you can manage a club side. Do you feel this will hold you back seeing as the calibre of players you will be dealing with is some way above those you have on a daily basis?

No. It is just stating that it doesn't look like Behmen's own team isn't really doing as well as it should be, and looks to be mis-managed unless part of some larger scheme.

If you were in charge of a non league side, you wouldn't expect to apply for a national team and get the job.

I'm sure Behmen is capable of answering questions though, not that he seems to be having last posted in here 28th December (and been online since that).

What you have actually said is - never having any junior/U21 or NT players for Italy, yet managing numerous other U21/NT sides is a good thing, and that people who have produced junior players for the national sides are no better candidates for the NT & U21 Jobs.

It's all experience = knowledge

*I don't want to seem like I am having a go at Behmen I am not, It seems he has done very well considering he has not had those experiences.

To me Brian it shouldn't be related. Someone has the gift to be comfortable in managing NTs and someone else don't, despite a perfect team career.
Probably love for tactic editor, patience, time and experience makes the difference.

But saying have a junior team should be a discriminant, to me, is out of topic
