Out of interest, you've been managing since 2012, but your first team is poor and hasn't really progressed, despite SK being important for you, you've not shown you can manage a club side. Do you feel this will hold you back seeing as the calibre of players you will be dealing with is some way above those you have on a daily basis?

Thing is, you could easily use this as a platform to admits to past failings and what you would be doing to avoid such things in the future but it seems you'd rather keep it swept under the carpet. If you have created controversy in the past, then it will follow you around and staying silent just means it will carry on.

People have done far worse than delete DBs and the like so it's not as if it is something that couldn't be addressed.

@Behmen I red carefully the topic i do not see any abuse or reason anyone to be punished. Not sure what you are complaining?

1) So far I wrote I don't like to deceive people with words but only results matter.
My teams usually defend well (with Russia I had two goals) and, more important, attackers move around to create spaces.
For all that concern tactics, I don't have any real preference because I learnt we need to adapt the tactic to players we have and opponents weaknesses.
You could see yourselves latest matches with Russia against Uruguay and Swiss, two main important matches

2)

It's two seasons I am following the England, in the first season there's nothing special to say but in the last one I saw especially a weak defence. I think we had a very bad average ratio in goals against.
In other words the team is under performing because of a poor tactical aspect.

3)

This NT has an higher potential and we've seen we could also have an exploit and win the Cup.
I know it's a bid challenge but with the experience I did previously leading various different NTs, I feel comfortable taking risks.
The only shame I can see it's related to a loss of interests within the community
