Hello.

My name is Kamil. I have played Sokker between 2006-2010 and was Polish NT staff member then (look at tactic name of this match, played in polish II league achieved 2nd place and was in quarter-finals of Polish Cup. I was a teenager then and now am 26yo and since a year I am married.

Now I have helped Woody with Polish U21 team and am back in the game. I registered in November 2015, but play since september 2016 seriously. I want to make as big successes like years ago.

Last season I have been coach of Ireland and I think I have reached maximum of its potential. I became a coach when Ireland was on the 67th position it ranking with 1195 ranking points. Now Ireland is 10 positions higher with about 1450 points. That was my goal for this season - improve position and at the end of season get position which gives Ireland 4th pot in World Cup Qualifiers.


I talked with Piotr and when once I got to know that he won't start in elections I knew that I would like to continue his work in England.


What I could offer as a coach?

-activity on forum (preview and summary of every match) with analysis of matches
-adverting your players on polish forum to help developing your country
-variety of tactics during the matches (I prepare new tactic for every match - I try to adjust it to next opponent)

My plan:

This season I would like to get qualification to World Cup but that's obvious. During this season I would like to get to know all players and do selection of best players. And next season do our best at World Cup - try to win of course. Why not to make a surprise? :)

Even i continue think you could reach your potential as coach in U21 teams, but I even surprised myself with their coaching in Ireland, because the NT level is very different and competitive, but you make a good job. I think you will do very well if you remain dedicated and now in a bigger challenge than England because they have already been world champions and i think your goal is not only be a good coach, is be the number 1, right? :)

good luck in elections, Show the English community that you can show them a good job so they can vote for you to do it. ^^

Big question - why England?

I have trained Ireland last leason and achieved what I could achieve - I wanted to got higher in ranking (to be in 4th pot in WCQ, not in 5th). From 67th place with 1195 points we went higher for about 10 position gaining a lot of points. But through all the season I've been writing there on forum alone and that was killing me... That is the reason why I wanted to start in country which has involved community. Community which does care about NT and about score it has. Once I got to know that nor Piotr nor his assistant luccassd aren't going to start in elections because of some reasons I decided to start here. Piotr highly recommended me to do it. He did good job here and I would like to continue it. I can promise that I'll do my best to make success here.

I have decided to train senior NT teams and Ireland example show that it's good way for me. :) But also making a tactic for U21 match was good and we played well in that match. :)


In senior NT I can be more elastic as there are more options to choose from. I have had really big range of players but even despite it I was creating a new tactic for every single match with Ireland. I observe opponents matches and search for their advantages and weaknesses to know what we have to procect from and what we can do to make the biggest harm in rivals team.

how did you find stepping up from u21 to irelands nt?

typical week in sokker? waiting for Thursday pops and updates of forms at my NT players. And after that waiting and preparing for Saturdays matches with NT. I play in the league where I can easily be in top 3 but don't have plan to qualify to higher division. Now it's all about training and earning money. And NT is real challenge. I am really waiting all the week for Saturday match with NT.

I was scout and assistant in U21 with Woody. But my goal was to be coach of senior NT team. I have played in polish 2nd league and was trying to get to the highest league. So that senior level is my natural one.
About Irelands NT - I am glad that I started there because it showed that I can compete at this level with so small country with about 15 players at NT level. And that is the path I wanted to go. Start in smaller country and move to bigger one after builing good position for that country. I really enjoy contact with the comunity and when I have feedback and any words of support from people.

Yesterday evening piotr wrote me that my reaction will no be good seen by Englishmen. And he was right. I am really sorry for that. You differ from us a little. In Poland that would be good and appreciated that I defend my business and my good name. Here that was seen as arguement as you are gentlemen society.

I would like to be part of your community and update ntdb, follow progress of players (consult with owners the training plan to have the biggest advantage for NT), place English prospects in clubs which can give them the better chances to develop skill and improve NT level.

In Ireland I had to make update for every single player as last update was in ntdb was from 2014 if I remember well. Then I stayed in contact with every owner and I took into consideration requests from them: to play a special position if I use a player (MID for a DEF because of training), no to use a player because of a lot of injuries and a crucial match next day.
Everything is about making good atmosphere and cooperation. Sometimes I help them as I mentioned and owners e.g. trained a skill which I found necessary for a player.

You are great coach and thats what matters ignore and avoid all talks about nations. Good luck buddy.

Thank you nothis. I am not here without any reason. I feel quite attached to England already and that's why I won't leave England even if elections will not finnish my way. I'll be here as your assistant or as a main coach.

I have been coach of Ireland for one season and I hope they will play well and fight for promotion. I am sad that I could not continue that adventure but I hope that I could lead the England to big achievements.
