Hello again.

Few seasons ago I have been coach of Ireland and I think I have reached maximum of its potential. I became a coach when Ireland was on the 67th position it ranking with 1195 ranking points. Now Ireland is 10 positions higher with about 1450 points. That was my goal for this season - improve position and at the end of season get position which gives Ireland 4th pot in World Cup Qualifiers.

Last time nothis won the elections and he did good job. I would like to continue this as he informed me that he is not starting in elections anymore.


What I could offer as a coach?

-activity on forum (preview and summary of every match) with analysis of matches
-adverting your players on polish forum to help developing your country
-variety of tactics during the matches (I prepare new tactic for every match - I try to adjust it to next opponent)

My plan:

This season I would like to get qualification to World Cup but that's obvious. During this season I would like to get to know all players and do selection of best players. And next season do our best at World Cup - try to win of course. Why not to make a surprise? :) I don't want to make any promises about a goal but I'd like to do my best in every match.

Question - will you be playing U27 in all your friendlies? [maybe could have 1 or 2 over 27yo rule like nothis did] & play a few of those even younger one's who are clearly going to be beasts.

Our squad is pretty thin so wouldn't want to waste the better players by playing the oldies too much.

Definitely in smaller countries (in SK) this is important to think about future and use younger players to let them progress better. I think that not only in frienldies but in qualifier matches against weaker teams I could use some younger players.

In WC season in 2nd part of season there is EURO U27 tournament and I would like to take part in it (if I got elected of course). So this would be not only friendlies matches but really competitive one using only U27 team.

Yes I agree v weaker teams in qualifiers also :)

i Think Lipa shows great enthusiasm for our nation and this game, he has a great tactical mind and would listen to all us managers. I hope he is given a chance as i think he would be a great England NT.

Really nice, challanging group which will allow us to sometimes use younger players (especially against Ghana and Kazakhstan). In top 3 teams there will be really good, similar level so the we will have a lot of emotions during the qualifications!

Huge game 1st match bit too much but equally you could catch them off guard, my best results against huge teams came 1st game Romania 1-1 was one [U21's]

Today it will be my debut as England coach and we will face Eesti. Eesti in SK has 98 users so it's really similar country to England with its 84 users. Eesti was drawn from the first pot so it shows their big potential. During last WC they were beaten in 1/8 by Romania which played later in the WC final.
But this match is a big unknown as both teams have will be managed by new coaches so it's impossible to predict anything - what will be the squad, what tactis will be used. Because of this reason we will start with more risky tactic and have more balanced one as a optional so it could be changed in case of some orders.

Unfortunately we lost 2-3.. I think we didn't deserve it. We had so many 1-on-1 situations thruoghout all the match.. Both tactic worked well as we had a lot of situations but their post was like.. closed.. Estonian GK was a beast.. He blocked amost every ball.. And if it was not him we hit the post..

I hoped to start from the win but what I saw today was really optimistic.. Thanks for you support and I hope next week we'll get better!

i thought an awesome start as was also your first game , very unlucky , but please get behind lipa as for me a positive start to this campaign... looking forward to the next game :)
