About me:

Living in Rivendell... actually in Cluj Napoca, 869 (35) yo, lord of Wood (engineer).

Have big experience in NT's, having a silver with Ro U21 and bronze with Ro seniors and some seasons at Scotland and Ecuador U21.

What are your plans/ideas for our NT?

the plan: to follow my friend Qstars' plan :)
meanwhile: up to date DB and promoting young players in friendly matches.

Btw, do you know qstarw outside of sokker?

If so, please get him to come back ;-)

never had a chance to meet, he lives or lived in Bucharest, but we spoke many times and tried to promote Sk on FB.

What would you say your general approach is to tactics?

Weak.

Do you not feel like a traitor to Scotland by jumping ship to England?

yes ugly, I am a little traitor, but I need a better team for my plans :)

That sounds as crazy as your 4 season plan to make Scotland U21's a decent team.

unfortunately I found a very quiet community there so, I lost interests.

Sorry to involve as I'm not a part of English community but was closely supporting England NT for the last 2 seasons. I was just observing this discussion but now need to react...

Do you really believe in this? It's good to aim high but to what extent you know the current potential of England? To express such statements but giving no specific answers / plans I can doubt about your concept...

We had a Romanian chap with such outlandish claims like that here before. I'm not sure too many people here believed him but lo and behold he struck gold! If you have as much luck as he did, you would do alright ;-)

Man! Nobody talks about giving up, I would just expect more tangible details to defend your goals but if this is a secret... :-)

I also don't see a point in refering to nationality of candidates, don't understand why you use such arguments.
