Someone had this the other day, I think they used internet explorer to sort it, I used to think 2d was better a while ago

Yes, just try different internet browsers, that's about the only advice we can give as it seems very hit and miss as to which internet browsers will work for you.

Latest versions of Chrome has a new Javascript / flash security restriction and don’t like the old Sokker flash instanciation.
Other browsers may work, currently I’m using Firefox or Opera
