Subject: Training the right way

2019-07-30 01:17:40
Hi I'm new to this game only onto my second season and would appreciate if someone could let me know about training. Which is the best way to train? Set the individual training before a sunday league game or after the game ?

Hi Jamie,
Set it any time before Thursday and it will work.
Try and make sure your main coach is unearthly in what your training, your assistant coaches need to be at least Formidable overall for now, you can get them for next to nothing in the trainer TL market, watch there wages though....

good luck

It's not necessarily worth having unearthly for stamina though. Magical will do esp if it is on the main coach.

I think you've forgotten about early doors economy with the formidables. They will be unaffordable for a new team. Getting in a set of 3 around good/solid is what the first setup should be.

I disagree on most of that low waged formidables are free on the trainer TL

Stamina is not a skill as such so your right there

Unearthly in what your training can be like a solid overall trainer and cheap waged and pretty much free on the trainer TL

Main coach - anything overall, Unearthly in skill your training [cos they are cheap]

Asistant coaches - min formidable overall, but you could get 1 excell, you could pick up a nice outstanding one too

Really spend time getting lowest wage possible and least price [it can be done]

What do you call low wage? As a 4k ish formidable x 3 is a lot of money when your team is new. I still have 3 x solid as my assistants, although starting to get to the point now where enough money is coming in to get them upgraded.

yeah , but you can go minus to 150k... i remember i did and nothis lived in the minus for a while, best to train striker x 6 and 4 100% getting them cheap tehn turn over turn over profits profits , best way to start, you cant do that with rubbish coaches
2019-07-31 13:33:21
If you have the quality players to get out of the -150k that's fine, but if you are sitting on a bed of 10-50k players all of a sudden going overboard on debt especially without a proper gauge of the economy, not necessarily a good idea.

The improvements you get from having 3x solid compared to 3 x formid not necessarily as big as you would think.

My way risky but pays off your way is less risky and take longer, depends on who you are I guess
2019-07-31 19:33:17
Does it take longer though? You are constantly firefighting, plus the saved funds can be allocated to getting better trainees.
2019-08-01 09:13:47
Of course it does much longer!
2019-08-01 12:19:45
You have 12 years clocked up but no trophies.

That's not a good example of quicker.
2019-08-01 14:25:03
ha ha i just won a bet that you'd say that, thanks mate £20 in my pocket!
2019-08-01 14:26:55
I think that was the first time i actually went to try and win somthing though :) not bad Cup final!
I train English youth you know that! i always handicapp myself but he got lucky in cup final..... like i did beating serbia in u21's
2019-08-01 14:54:14
You can't really back up your claim about it being a quicker route to the top.

If you were that confident you'd give up your team and be able to beat me back to the top. But you wouldn't dare and also know you wouldn't succeed in doing that.
2019-08-01 20:01:27
You never know....that could be a plan for a few of us!!!
2019-08-02 08:20:08
It's more interesting than coasting at the top. If you sit at a certain point for a long time it just stagnates things.
