Next week, we have our first World Cup qualifying match against Croatia, so I might give some players a rest this week.

Do you think you'll play some fringe or even new players in your upcoming friendly then?

As I mentioned earlier, there will be changes in the team for Saturday's match. Against Azərbaycan we will only play with 5 players aged 21 and under! We have an increasing pool of talent, which makes my choices harder with each passing day. Thanks, guys.

I was supposed to test Jacob Ferguson in a new position, and today he got injured:P

Despite many changes in the team, we won the match. This game showed that our winger is too weak. I was planning to test Jacob Ferguson on the wing, but he got injured. We are starting the World Cup qualifiers in a week.

Good result Piotr. 1-0 reflects a close game. You managed to play a slightly different side too, which is hopefully helpful for future matches...

Today, we have many players with similar skills, and they are all under 21 years old. To achieve success, I need star players in specific positions. We still have a season to train and develop such stars for the World Cup.

I enjoy playing with tactics that involve a winger, and that's the position I'm mostly missing.

What skills (minimum requirement) are you looking for, to be an U21 winger?

I would be very pleased if my winger had such skills: outstanding [12] pace, formidable [11] technique, outstanding [12] passing, and formidable [11] playmaking abilities.
