I was definitely not happy with the defense line setup, and I think that's where we need to look for the reason for the loss.

Fair enough. Would you say our defenders aren't quite achieving the right level at the moment. I'm interested as I've got Sheringham (19yo) who is still young enough to improve at U21 level.

Dennis Sheringham is developing brilliantly, and his form is consistently high, which is of great importance to me. In the future, he has the chance to be number one in the defense line.

Good stuff. As discussed before, I'm currently training him tech but he's getting 100% advanced training every week. I'm hoping he can become an England legend of SK ;) lol...

I wish I had a team full of his level youngsters. Although I do have a few other promising English players.

Hopefully there will be better English U21 players you can select in the not so distant future!

A very good match by England. A very good move by me was to position Jamie Townsend higher up.

I had concerns before this match. I was afraid that we wouldn't score a goal due to the lack of efficiency of my players. Today, we played at 54%, which shows that the team is developing. Next week, we have a friendly match, and I'll be testing something again.

The most important thing is to perform the tasks that need to be done. I'm satisfied with the style of play, although the victory should have been greater.

How many teams qualify ?

We have 4 groups with five teams each, but instead of 8 teams advancing, only 6 will qualify for the World Cup. This means that even some second-placed teams won't make it to the tournament.
