It’s the success of many people training their players. In my opinion, England has never had so many committed coaches.
We're in a bit of a rough spell at the moment. We had a couple of seasons where we weren't getting any luck with youth pulls and that generation are the current 20s and 21s. After that things seem much better.
I agree, it is great to have so many training for England now.
In about three weeks I’ll have another potential player to train. I hope he’ll be worth the training.
Overall, I want a generational change in my team. I’ll slowly sell the older players and replace them with younger ones.
Wayne, you’re playing with young players — they’re all younger than you ;)
