Thanks. And assistants, do they only help with side pops, or do they have some influence on the skill you are training?

both, but the impact difference between 13 and 15 is rather marginal, imo 3x 14 is optimal, for most 3x 12 should be good enough

I have 3 x 15 and all the coaches have a decent wage. I would think assistants do impact training, maybe not as much as we would like but any help on improving skill increases is nice.

What is the difference between a low weekly wage for a brilliant and a magical, I cant remember?

My magical are all on 35 000 $ roughly.

to be fair to him though, he is basically a perfect main coach for 2026, but I've luckily got another one with [12] goalkeeper so he gets wasted as assistant

OK, easy for you guys to say but a newbie in to II in England cannot afford assistants like that. Until about 2 weeks ago, I had 3x solid.

I now have 1x solid, 1x very good, 1x excellent.

Just not sure how much this is harming my main pops in training.

I spent a bit of time getting my assistants together and tried to ensure I had as low a wage magically as I could. I agree you are being robbed by that brilliant ;)

Kranich is a lovely coach though!

@dj I have no idea about finances in II tbh as its been a long time and when I started the game again finance wasn't an issue as I had a big bank balance fortunately anyway. I wouldn't like to guess th difference to you main pops but I would think the head coach is the main input towards the advanced training.

It's been a while since I tracked it but the lowest Brilliant I could find was 25 500 $ and the lowest Magical was 35 300 $

My 3x brilliant are average 19k wage. My 2 magicals clearly have me bending down for the soap. This is one of them:

@doughnut yup for a lot less money teams with less financial strength can get assistants that are only a bit worse.

Thanks that makes sense, it took me a while to get 3 in at around £21k wage. I didn’t realise it was a £6k difference between a low brilliant and magical though.

Today was a weird day.

2 stamina pops
5 pace pops
4 other pops
7 plops - a new record with double plops on 2 players who are fast becoming cannon fodder tbh. I may sell a couple to lower the squad wage, they won't sell for a lot.

Form wise - level overall, after the previous 2 weeks it's quite low unfortunately.

Youth wise - 4 up and 3 down.

5 pops and some plops. Still waiting on some big pace pops.

I am moving away from pace for a while now and hopefully that will create some more rounded trainees for me.

6 pops but mostly on non trained skills that don't matter a lot. 3 plops but nothing major amongst those.

Very dull week.

Bamford popped again, this time on PM.....now has 50 skill points as a mid. Form dropped 2 though so on poor form and he never seems to be in good form lately. :/

Scott popped randomly in striker, now only 1 skill level between striker and defender so I am unsure as to what he should be now, he could be trained as a striker or defender.

Another random striker pop on my 35 yr old midfielder, so useless in reality. No plops at all for a nice change.

Form +1 overall so still static and down overall from the last 4/5 weeks.

Youths wise 2 up and 3 down, so a bad week tbh and still unsure on any talented players.
