Subject: Pop's
Very big week for me in pops.
2 stamina in my youngsters
8 pops - Double in Bamford, double in Doyle, Double in Barnes, McAtee, Davies and Collymore the others:
Niall Bamford, age: 18, height: 178 cm
value: 130 500 £, wage: 1 050 £
club: Thamesmead Town FC, country: England
excellent form, excellent tactical discipline
poor stamina, hopeless keeper
outstanding pace, very good defender
adequate technique, solid playmaker
very good passing, unsatisfactory striker
Doyle is due to pop in pace next week.
Stanley Doyle, age: 18, height: 195 cm
value: 101 400 £, wage: 765 £
club: Thamesmead Town FC, country: England
excellent form, formidable tactical discipline
average stamina, tragic keeper
excellent pace, adequate defender
solid technique, very good playmaker
solid passing, weak striker
Junior wise I now have 2 confirmed with decent talent which is nice. Gareth Bale is now outstanding at 17 and die to come out week 1 of next season at brilliant with talent between 3.3 and 3.5......if it stays accurate.
Juniors ups 8 / Downs 1
Form was fairly static overall.
I just realise McAtee hit formidable pace in just 3 trainings.

7 pops. A couple I was waiting for but annoyingly a couple of striker pops was expecting didn't happen.
This one is progressing nicely:
Zuke Hill, age: 20
club: Rock Bottom, country: England
value : 132 600 £
wage: 1 695 £
poor [3] form
good [7] tactical discipline
height: 166 cm, weight: 68.3 kg, BMI: 24.79
weak [4] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
excellent [10] pace outstanding [12] defender
poor [3] technique average [5] playmaker
excellent [10] passing excellent [10] striker
Popped to outstanding defending from formidable in 3 weeks. Just a shame didn't start younger as is certainly talented.

He needs pace now so he can be useful and get the advantage of the pace pops younger ;)
6 pops + 1 plop.
Half of the pops were worthless, like striker on defenders.

Sadly can't move off of defending yet - as that's what is needed in the priority def trainees.
That’s a shame, can you train as a mid and train pace on mids?
I had Carlton Davis pop to unearthly pace in 6 trainings at 21 yrs old, thats really quick isn't it? I will take him to divine and then train his defence up to divine before going to his secondaries. I feel he could be as good as Sherringham.
We have some lovely players we are producing for our NT... congrats all!!!
We do, and it really is down to the organisation Camus has put into it and he deserves a huge amount of credit. His constant updates on levels, who is available and for same etc has really helped bring the countries best youths together. I do feel we are getting so much stronger as a country but also in the leagues. Its great. :)
Oh and Triglio has only got us to a World Cup Final on top! ;)

6 weeks is very fast as you fully well know, humblebragger! :)
Yes, very promising young players, I see all the players too, they are growing a lot, it will be a great future, this is thanks to all of you, and Camus does a great job keeping everything updated
Honestly....I thought it was but I haven't trained a youngster for quite a while and I don't keep records so I genuinely was asking. Basing the fact that Bamford hit outstanding pave in 4 weeks I was quite sure 6 weeks was really quick. McAtee popped to formidable pace in 3 weeks by the way and I reckon thats rapid. No bragging involved just asking those who know as I cant remember lol....I blame age.
Camus is the glue and organises everything and has made this possible. You are the beneficiary of a few of those now maybe. ;)
The future however I think looks better.

I agree, and Camus is an extra weapon, in fact in the national team there are many more young people than when I led the first season, and at the end of the season there will be more
I need to go through the 22-25s and find you any potential players to call up. I actually did it a couple of weeks ago and then things got in the way.
