Subject: Pop's
I need to go through the 22-25s and find you any potential players to call up. I actually did it a couple of weeks ago and then things got in the way.
He's a low rank trainee, I tend to base training around key players and others just have to put up with what they get. I've been training pace on mids most of season but now moving off of it for a bit.
You have integrated the younger players to the squad brilliantly Triglio, you 2 are the dream team at the moment for our National Teams.
I understand that, but if a younger trainees is more talented and has a chance to be far better maybe you should just dump the oldies and focus on the better long term trainees - Like Nev Bruce? :p

The number of decent 18yo's we have in England at the min is lovely.
Bodes well for the U21s. As successful as the main NT has been, to date it's not been replicated with the U21s to quite the same level. I'm not sure what the best for the U21s is, but I don't remember any finals or semi finals, but I'm sure camus is on that!
The U-21s are really a different kind of game. We're picking from a small player pool of 20 and 21 year olds and that squad is getting torn up every season, so even if we manage to put together a team that can get somewhere, we'll usually only have them for either qualifying or the World Cup. Unfortunately we're always going to have a positional weakness somewhere in the squad that stops us making that next step.
I wouldn't know but I cannot think of a stronger group than we have for the current 18 yr olds.
We certainly have some very good 18's. Whether we have enough of them I don't know. You'll always lose a few to bad training.
Just the 3 pops today. But 2 pops been waiting on for striker trainees meaning can move onto training pace there now.
6 pops / 2 stamina and 4 plops which is the most I have had....and were not especially nice ones. I had a PM pop on my 33 year old strangely. lol
A triple pop on Collymore who is looking a nice trainee now.
Youth wise 2 up and 3 down so not great at all and one confirmed talent Bale now unconfirmed again :/
Form wise I also took a bit of a battering. Overall my worst week for a while unfortunately.
