Subject: Season 66

"I thought so too, I struggle to see how this game could attract new users. The game is clearly now divided between rich and poor (like real life, I guess lol) and for a new user it will be a walk up a very steep hill.
In my opinion, if the game will develop a youth system like in hattrick, where you can actually recruit and train players based on their skills, it might be attractive to someone who starts from scratch.
The skill of pace should be revised. I doubt that a coach would keep someone with tragic pace in a football academy, no matter how skilled. Pace should have a shorter range, just like stamina."

I think what annoys me most is that it's not difficult at all to help new users, and I've been arguing this since I came back. A basic minimum income solves a lot of problems for new users. Problems that have been created by uncontrolled inflation and a broken sponsorship formula. Others argue new users should be given better players and stadiums, but why would you give them players they don't know how to use or take away stadium building. Give them more money and let them decide their own path.
As for training, it needs to be taken away from league games. You can't have a system that leads to people intentionally losing games and avoiding promotion in order to train their players. That is game-breaking.

i have keegan since 18 now 24 never been in decent form , bottom form normally, top player can't wait to sell, had another same, moore

The problem with form is that you can't "fix" it. It has to be random because the moment users are able to manipulate it, this game loses one it's few remaining levelers.

I am not against form fluctuation. It's realistic, it happens. But when players are bottom level form for consecutive reasons, it's not realistic at all.

Yep that does need sorting.
I'd like to do a bit of research into form but I've already got too much going on. I've had a feeling since the game started that there's a hidden factor in the calculation. Something akin to player preference, where a player has certain expectations for how much and when he wants to play.

I have been thinking that for a while now but there isn't a routine or method I can work out

Same ;)

There's certainly a trend that transferred players change form if they have held in one area for ages. Plus lack of game time through injury etc often takes it down. But nothing scientific about it. It should be possible to train it really or have some way to influence it.

4-1 win tonight against wdp conquerors Bramford.

Officially better than Thamesmead now, regardless of league position.
2024-05-19 22:13:09
It was always that way and we used to play players or rest them and made no difference
2024-05-19 22:25:06
That was harsh. But a good point, nevertheless.

They should introduce some kind of specialist that trains the players minds within the coaching staff. A doctor too. With wages and skills and all that, just like the coaches.

I won 5-0 against Capranov (Hajduk's GK)
2024-05-19 23:12:26
LB will slowly fight for a higher place. Today another step was taken.

Do or die tonight, win or relegation. If I hadn't screwed up against Hadjuk last time I wouldn't be in the position to start with.
