Basically everyone is keeping their decent youth pulls, which is a good thing. Aaron Proctor might be worth looking at and possibly Rod Tyjon.

Is anyone training Playmaking? I had this guy pegged as a defender but I think because of his Pace and Defending that time has passed. It's now easier to turn him into a defensive mid.

Trey Fisher

Right, I've got Trey Fisher which means Frank Adkins has to go. Cant say I know his talent but it's certainly not bad. SKTables had it at 4.3 but he's been popping quickly in the 5 weeks he's been in my main squad. Could be a defender, could be a midfielder.

Hes not bad at all but I am now in a position that I need to be careful of which trainees to take as I have 2 maybe 3 good ones to come from my school still.

Yeah I think I'm going to have problems starting in about 6 weeks. I think I have 3 or 4 trainees coming next season with talent under 3.5. It's a nice problem to have but it's going to screw up my plan if they actually fit into my squad.

My plan all along was to try and get a set of trainees all of my own or English. I am close now. The ones coming have to obviously have kind distribution hopefully too. I am due to buy Stanley Edwards. In doing this I am seriously weakening my team so I may have to drop out of the prem for a while......we will see.

I'm rebuilding my squad at the end of this season so I certainly won't be promoting until at least 74, but once that process is done I should have a midfield and attack all rating around 70.

6 Mid trainees (Hawke, Carragher, Fisher, Bowden, Deeke Kerr)
4 Striker trainees (Patel, Arizmendi, Huszti, Edwards)

Arizmendi, Huzsti and Patel are going as soon as I can find suitable replacements. My mid trainees are going to replace my established mids at the end of this season so they can all get 100% training. Then I just need to maintain my defence and keeper.

My current trainees are all English now, I do however plan to replace Scholes, Sherringham probably has to stop being trained.......also while Collymore has great talent I may replace him if I get better from my youth school. I want to continue training Freedman and Di Canio until 27 unless something magical comes along. My superstars are Davis, Barnes, Doyle, Bamford.

Now I think about it I could use the database to scout out my striker trainee to go alongside Edwards. It was meant to be Patel but injuries have killed him. I'm after someone aged 22, so they're likely to have been an England U-21 striker last season.

Well no that doesn't work because I don't have access to the 22's anymore. Feck.

Though I think I have the spreadsheet from last season instead.

Your trainees are getting old!

Saka won't be trained beyond this season. Looking to get a defender in to replace him. Breed currently still under evaluation but hoping be ok. I'll pretty much certainly be ditching my own junior policy. Rest be ok to train next season although top heavy on strikers and Crouch / Barton probably won't reach the level I need so will be sold at some point to fund new players.

Scholes I was waiting for my new youths to come through to replace him, Sherringham I am training purely for the England NT and in PM as Triglio wishes. :)

Freedman and Di Canio are only 25 so not that old, still another season or more of training for them.

Oh and on total age your trainees add up to 221 years old and mine are 213 yrs old. :p

Once Scholes is replaced that age goes down a lot.

He should pop soon to Formidable PM as that is what I am training. If I can I will try to get to Outstanding PM. Eventually I won't be able to train him, I can train him when I get injuries thereafter or sell him to another trainer? I doubt anyone will train him at 27 though?
