I am happy with my current batch, I have my 10 for now and want to try and keep to my plan unless something spectacular comes up. Sandiford very nearly made me change my plan, and I have a suspicion that he is talented and I may well regret my decision. However, Not his bought him and I maybe able to buy back later hopefully. :)

At the moment I have Bale and Scott in my youth school who may be good but still not 100% sure on talent. Freedman and di Canio have another season of training in them too.

9 / 10 of mine are my own youths.

I have 10 English trainees but only 6 are any own. The 4 I bought though are doing really well. Rice the GK was maybe the weakest given his age but he is improving nicely. The 2 x 26 yr olds are mine so I hope to replace them with players from my own school if I get lucky enough.

I saw the 16yo sold for over £1m.

This is a stat I like a lot.

It was 10/10 for ages. But I had to bring a medium term player in due to my aging defence!

You could easily have upped your home grown count but you keep selling them.

I think I have the talent graphs for him from SA. That seems unlikely.

85% is a chunk missed training wise and your coaches might not be the best?

I was hoping for something like that maybe a bit more tbh. However....if he's talented and I have a sneaky feeling he is, then he's going to be a bargain at that price! I may end up buying him again. Oh and yes the timing of getting him was unlucky. :p

Exactly.

He goes 3-3-4-4 from Average to Very Good (I assume that's all Pace with no gaps) but he's only playing 1 friendly a week. That's 15% a week over 14 weeks for a loss of 210% training.

from good to solid he had 96/96/85/85
from solid to very good 85/85/85/85

You should try to give trainees 100% or at the very least 96%. Thats 90 minutes in a friendly and 25 mins of a league match. What level are your coaches too?

The striker you signed from me, is he only getting 85% too?
