I think there's a kind of natural issue with stronger clubs not wanting U-21 players after a certain point because they're a downgrade, and really the smaller clubs should be looking at that as an opportunity. We've a lot of U-21 players who are maybe not good enough for Prem level clubs, but who are still decent and relatively cheap.
It's been somewhat frustrating for me really because I could make an absolute killing by doing a big rebuild built on sub-100k players, but I'm too competitive to intentionally weaken my team.
