Those wages are a little high but there's not much that can be done about it with the market as it is.

That's what I've got right now. Missed out on an 8k Outstanding a few weeks ago because of how expensive it got.

That'll be keeper skills. Avoid those at all costs

Check out the market for Hermano Prata and George Gabriel Bărbulescu. Both of those are fairly good options

Hagen Pflaster is younger, cheaper and up first. Personally I'd try to keep assistant wages under 10k each if you don't have a lot of money. While assistants are essential, their cost to benefit ratio is questionable the more you spend.

How much am I spending? 19.5k. That's kind of the budget you should be looking for, but it is difficult right now.

Sumskills? Sumskills are irrelevant for assistants. It's only the general appraisal that matters,

yeah but u can have outstanding 11.9 avarage and also outstanding 12.25 avarage

same like with pops, two players has a good pace but one have 7,15, second 7,6 for example
