How do you know he is max Camus?

I tracked coach wages for what must have been nearly a year until the coach retirements came in. £36060 is the max wage, Unearthly Keeper wages are worth £13000 of that, the rest are worth roughly £3200 each.

I've got a 30k wage [lowest I've seen] unearthly, had him for a decade , but he's walking into the incinerator soon

Not sure if Borkos is right about assistant managers unless the gap from good 7 to solid 8 is bigger, as my player popped every 2 weeks with 3 unearthly assistants, not so this week with 2 x magical and 1 unearthly, i know the other variables but to me it's a sign

Sometimes it can just be accumulated fractions, there's no possible way of knowing.

I have 3x 14 assistants and had a full pop in passing after 1 today, by that logic 3x 14 assistants are better than 2x 15 1x 16 assistants

assistants are the least important variable - age change / level of skill / type of skills / previous pops / % of training and so on matter much more

Assistant wages are the biggest ripoff in this game. Because of the wage spike between Incredible and Brilliant I'd never advise paying for more than that.

Honestly he's not good for anything. His Tech kills him as Head Coach and his wages are way too high for an Excellent youth or assistant.

It is overall skill thats important for head coach, ideally you'd want a magical or unearthly imo as youth coach.

Your coach seems high in wage even to be an assistant.

For a head coach you need unearthly skills in the areas you want to train. So if you want to train passing have a coach with unearthly passing.

I am lucky my head coach is unearthly in every skill.

My Youth Coach is not unearthly in all skills but he is overall unearthly and thats what is most important for the youth coach.

Assistants x 3 you just need as cheap a wage as possible for the level you want. I have 3 x magical coaches but all have very low wages for a magical.
