For a comparison these are mine. Firstly your assistant coach, especially the incredible is on such a high wage for his level.....probably both could be better. Maybe you could afford the magical for youth coach and make the brilliant youth coach an assistant?

ive already lost 1, had 6 unearthlys :(

he only left because i stopped the half time oranges down to cost :(

Ball has been complaining of the coaching standards here since his transfer. No more indoor training complex with grade A coaches. Aberdeen beach in December. Sleet, hail and getting shouted at.

i did warn him!!!!! :P

He's also complaining about the club menu.

I need a new assistant coach as mine retired and I've not replaced him yet. My main coach is unearthly but I feel my assistant doesn't need to be so high.

What is the best way to recruit a new coach? Is it via the skill select thing or transfer market?.

I guess it depends on how much money you have. Personally I think both options are equally awful.

For an assistant the market is probably your best bet as you've more control over wages.

[14] assistant is as good as you need.

personally I set it to max everything and lowest keeper (lower wage).

there are 2 decent on TL right now.
