probably yes, but I got all my coaches with this method, and at most I got to three catches, so I saved a lot of money, going on the market is more expensive

I have seen both sides, my best coach ever was the 5th attempt. However, my recent replacement Youth Coach took over 3 333 335 $ from skill selection.

Urgh... I'll have to pray to the sokker gods for luck then as my main coach is retiring and I sure as hell don't have anywhere near 2 mil to spend. So either I get lucky or I'll have to do a proper sell down.

Where does it announce retirements again?

You usually get it in press announcements at the start of the season I believe.

Has that already happened? I'm hoping to avoid retirements this season.
