It's easier just to say a maxed out youth system is going to cost you £485200 for the coach and £234,000 for 30 spaces, for a total of £719,200 a season. Then divide by the number of players you got for that season.
I dont think you read my arguments before so well. Im with Camus on this one.
Even more, divide by the number of players actually worth something. The juniors who Are useless can imo Not be used to the division of costs.
It's my statistic, and it favours those who train their own rather than buy in. WDP just sells his youth for millions then claims his junior school produces nothing. Home grown should be encouraged over those who favour mercenaries.
If more trained their own it would benefit both NTs in the long run.

Not accoring to the incorrect or never proven rules where NT players boost attendance. Plus if you have NT quality players, you win more matches (unless injured on NT duty) as will be better players. Better results = more money = profit

That’s totally unfair, I sold a youth lately that was not talented cording to the programs and he sold well. I haven’t had any trainable youths for 5/6 seasons and with the new training system I 100% want decent youths, and I have bought other English youths to do just that…..my school simply hasn’t produced anything of late.

Profit throughout the season is an illusion. You lose more on aging players and wages (players and coach) then you earn. It cost money to train old players and playing for results, only profitable part of game is training of young players and luck with youth school.
I never say its a good thing though, i often tried convince the administration to increase rewards for competing to your best and take the money needed for it in form of higher wages on young players and coaches.
As the state is now, is imo the biggest problem of the game, making it necessary to play low and make a warchest if you want to be the Best or just stay mediocre cause your team value dont increase at any point.

If Adaca has dropped out of the NT election I think we should put up an ad in the English forum and see who shows up. I've had someone message me about the job but I think they'd rather take the U-21s and have me take the NT, which I have big reservations about.
What we shouldn't do is what we've done for the last however many elections, and have only 1 candidate. Competition is a good thing and we want people who actually want this job, not just whatever job they can get without opposition.

There is some logic in that as it's a dead season for the national team and maybe someone else can get a performance out of the 21's, but I've hardly had a good season myself. There's barely justification for me to continue as it is, let alone get a promotion.
I have no time atm, I have work plus my Dad has a lot of health issues. Thanks anyway ;)
