Subject: U-21 Player Rankings

As always we're struggling for midfielders but we're built to improvise. Some wings will gain defending, some defenders won't get enough Pace or Tech and the ranks will fill out. It does look a bit better amongst the 19s. I'm planning on getting Sol Diakite out of his bot team this weekend, it may be too late but it's worth a shot.

This one is a bit more complicated because a couple of wingers I'd planned on (Barnes and Le Saux) are likely to be moving into central midfield. Dawson and Downing will likely take their spots.
As far as the immediate future, Van Nistelrooy is the clear No1. Tony Mazur who was meant to be No2 is starting to look like he's going to lose his spot to either Moss Green or Jacob Zaha, which opens up another spot for Ziggy Neville.

And this is much more positive. Next season might be a little tricky because most of our talent is 19 or under but we're not short of options.

Shea Barnes is coming along nicely :)

I think maybe there's some value in alternating between overall rankings one week and age ranking the next. It's possible we lose track of the younglings if we only focus on the former. Keepers first

Robin Peters looks like he is improving well? Was the program wrong and he is actually talented? What are his skills now?

And that's why I'm concerned about Ziggy Neville.

I see England's hero still being robbed of his rightful place at the top by alphabet.

And if you look closely you can see that the only one of them on sale currently is Ellis Dorrell.

It amuses me every week. I'm just waiting for him to be overtaken by Naylor.

Was it Stanley Edwards who had something ridiculous like 10 pops in 5 weeks? I remember the conversation but I forget who it was about.
