Subject: Who do I zap regarding plus?

My card has expired and when I click on the link to delete it and then presumably add another, nothing happens!

Supposedly others are having the same problem

Have you tried logging out and logging back in before trying to do that again?

Yes and I have also tried two different browsers edge and chrome...

Go to payment history and see the two payments outstanding see the card details is the old card; click delete and nothing happens.

Try this

So when your card expires there is no way to update the info. You have to cancel the whole thing and start again asking for any discount rate you may have for having plus such a long time. Good thing is that now adays there is no deal once you pay. You get plus there and then.
