Subject: [U21] On We Go (Camus)
You have got us working better as a community, you are pinpointing players that are available and helping ensure they are trained. I do not see anyone doing what you have done, and I believe that you should continue building our team, players and ranking! ;)
Watching u21's cross the ball is as painful as watching Labour run our country.
I know I don't count for anything, but you should stay to continue this difficult work, which not everyone can do, and that's just my opinion, and if I could I would vote for you
Barnes, Barnes, Barnes - actually he wasn't as good as I had hoped. Still misses too many chances for me. Davis also needs stamina as you see the effect after about 60 minutes......I just can't qualify stamina training atm when he needs other skills, he seems to pop in stamina every 8 weeks currently through general training.

Well deserved and dominating performance and win! Congratulations!
England U21 - Nederland U21 3:0
And relax. Good formation, good result, poor performance. We looked stuck in the mud a lot of times and the passing was very poor.

I just think the passing etc is the U21 player skills, they just don't have the high levels of Playmaking, tech and passing required to be fluid in control and then make the quick pass.
It's true, maybe with some small changes in training I can improve
I mean they are all 20 or under so they'll improve but I've seen them play much better than that. Sometimes it's just the pitch/form/stamina
Camus remembers and I know you know, the present of the u21 and the future of the senior national team, continue with your work
Well my aim was Barnes to be 3 x Incredible before the season ends and he should pop this week hopefully. I will then hit pace again. Davis looks very strong imo as a defender, he has decent enough secondaries too, it's just the stamina that seems to hurt him atm. I may try and get a quick tech pop out of him soon, but I'll concentrate on pace tbh and maybe a bit of defending.
With this squad stamina is hurting everyone. It's been especially difficult with these cup games because I'm having to plan for 120 minutes.
The only thing with the stamina is that it probably hurts all of the teams equally ;)
It would be enough to "miss a training session" and train endurance, at the end of the season a training session can be missed
