It would be enough to "miss a training session" and train endurance, at the end of the season a training session can be missed
That is true but in terms of stamina this is by far the weakest squad we've had. We're likely down at least 2 levels average on the whole.
I'd never ask clubs to do that. As a rule I don't like asking for specific training in general, I consider that interfering.
and it's true, but I do it, if it's for the good of the national team, then it's up to the user to choose whether to do it or not, and I can tell you that I have many positive responses, some not, but they are few
In the old days I used to train stamina at the end of the season but now you can get 100% advanced training after the season finishes it seems a waste? Also in the new system training stamina does it do the whole squad still or just the 10 in advanced training?
Occasionally I'll step in if I see something obviously wrong and it's an important player.
I used to do the same, but if I need to I'll sacrifice myself for a workout, I think everyone can train with resistance obviously it's my opinion
Not sure how it works now but personally i would never train stamina
Never ever train stamina, it’s a waste of training week.
Every player in advanced training improves in stamina every 6-8 weeks, so ~twice a season, if your main coach has stamina.
In other words even if you get a 16yo with tragic [0] stamina, he will get to [11] stamina around the time he finishes 21yo on his own from general training.

I think a lot of our U-21 coaches don't have Stamina in that case.
Borkos is right. I never train stamina because it’s a waste of time, and the players acquire it over time anyway.
My Head Coach is all unearthly. Davis is average stamina at 20 yrs old and I bought him with hopeless stamina and he has popped in 6/7/7/7/8/8 and has another 2 wks since. Att this stage I guess he would be good stamina by the end of 21 yrs old. Barnes (same age) is already Very good stamina.
Ziggy Neville and Kyle Fairclough both out injured for the cup final. Neither starters but both would have come on at some point.

It's a win and we rested players but I'm not happy about the performance. It feels like tactical discpline and teamwork goes out of the window every time we start a new season.
