I forgot that the elections started again today.

Hmmm

So for the last few weeks my feelings were that this would be my last season, mainly because I didn't think we'd qualify and I don't accept that kind of failure.
Then we went and bloody qualified somehow, so now I've got a decision to make. Part of me still thinks that maybe it's time to give someone else a chance. This season has felt like a battle from the start and next season certainly isn't going to get any easier.

I'm open to opinions.

My opinion as a foreigner is that when we start a job we have to see it through to the end. Bringing in a new player at this point is never easy, because he doesn't know the team, and this is a delicate moment, because the World Cup is at stake. Obviously, this is my opinion, and whatever you all decide is fine with me

Yep I agree with that. I probably just need to mentally readjust to us still being in the World Cup, I wasn't expecting it.

I knew it, because you put in effort and passion, and you work on tactics, and this pays off

It certainly hasn't felt like it but this has actually been our best season in terms of results, and we still have 1 game left to go.

I always believe if you qualify for a tournament then that person should go on and compete in that tournament... you have my vote.. good luck

You have to follow through after qualifying. My opinion is that had you failed you still should have carried on. You are a strong reason our youth is so much better. You have my vote.

I feel that between you and Triglio we have a good partnership. I also feel Triglio can help you improve tactics a bit….i hope that’s not taken the wrong way. He obviously got us the the WC Final so I’m sure he could teach us all a bit. ;)

There is something I want to ask his advice on actually but I'll do it in the association later.

I am certainly not convinced having a winger moving across the pitch helps him, mainly because stamina is usually not 100%, also positionally. I have never done it myself, so I cannot really say whether it's a totally bad idea. :)

As others have said, qualify for wc means deserve another term.
