I thought that only applied if you kept buying and selling players. I've made 70 purchases in 7 years.

Nope, i barely bought anyone and they usually don't like being sold straight away. Maybe it's more likely they won't go on the list, but it certainly still happens even if you don't buy and sell a lot.

If he refuses to go on the TL, it sounds like the game will be without another divine GK. I'll send him over to the nothis hit squad.
