Subject: Season 73

I beat Kingsway 4-1. My trainees came on 7 minutes later than scheduled as the ball wouldn't go out of play, which was kind of annoying but also meant I probably conceded less goals, which led to me finishing 3rd by 1 goal I think.

Solid enough season in the weakest of II's ;)

Relegated out the Prem as expected, but were working on a budget that i didn't want to break. Back to the homeland of Div II it is :)

A 4-1 win against Oakley and draws elsewhere sealed an unlikely title for my lads.

My aim was to get top 3 this season. I wasn't going to compromise on training my young and increasingly English trainees, so I figured there was only a small chance to win but somehow managed it.

I've really enjoyed the competitiveness of II.01 this season. I've been stuck inside recovering from medical procedures the past few months (almost back to normal now), so this season has been a very welcome distraction from all of that.

Absolutely no doubt I'll end up back in II after getting battered twice a week next season - hopefully I'll get some extra cash out of it!

Definitely feel like you have a good chance today.

Could have done with bringing in a new striker, but in the long term will be worth the hurt not to buy one. So my rubbish form homegrown frontline will have to do (even though Nev Bruce is not first team ready, not for top level anyway).

I feel like I heard this before, right before you killed me last time

Last time around had both strikers in form. This time around best striker is injured and neither of the other 2 are in form.

Midfield / defence / GK about the same as last time though.

There are 2 violins playing now ;)
