So you need better tech (9) to get in the U21 squad as a defender than you do to get in the full NT (8) as a def?

Yeah I dont agree with that but those are not my requirrments.

Aren't they more of an absolute minimum though, than what will get you 100% into the team? Also goes without saying form is also of importance, hence the lack of caps for Dave Saka!

Should have another player on the radar in the near future though, JDW is rapidly coming up to the required skill level.

I can only speak for the U-21 requirements, which are bare miminum, but if I actually enforced them I think we'd only have 5 players in the squad.

Personally I don't like defenders without at least formidable tech, and that's only at club level.

You are the only u21 coach in sokker who has def requirement only one level above tech. Tech is a luxury on u21, but def an requirement

I've never been one to follow what other people say, just because they say it. Defenders have to be reliable above all else and low tech defenders make mistakes.

I want to clarify the requirements, the ones published are really the bare minimum, obviously the national team squad is stronger, and just to give you an idea, below those requirements they wouldn't even be looked at, then the form also counts a lot, and I can assure you that the national team is stronger than those requirements

Naturally. I didn't think there was any chance you'd be using players with that kind of Tech.

I looked at the whole roster, I was probably too generous, Camus, can we make a change? Instead of 8 I would put 10, it's definitely a little better that way, sorry if I'm wasting your time, but thanks in advance
