Ermm I actually have no idea what this is on about. I assume it's a sauce ad, but how are the two mutually exclusive? Or is that the punchline of the ad?

Exactly. Before IoM had telly there was an advert for chips where an adorable little girl agonised over daddy or chips. Thus proving advertising agencies are indeed the epicentre of twuntdom.
