If you write here those sentences I can help you, specially with the ortography. Spanish is a little bit difficult to write and speak, it has a lot of strange rules (for you)...

you shouldn't have asked me do I know spanish(in spanish), and then say if I can speak spanish(in english).

My answer was purposely meant to be confusing!

It was one of the first things I was told when I started to learn a foreign language, was the structure of the words/sentences!

Ye, I can help you but it's very very difficult, because one verb have a lot of variations. you see:

Verb to eat (comer)

Present (presente)
I eat (Yo como)
You eat (tú comes)
He/she eats (Él/ella come)
We eat (Nosotros comemos)
You eat (vosotros comeís)
They eat (ellos comen)

and in the past we have two kinds:

Pretérito perfecto simle

Yo comí
Tú comiste
Él/ella comió
Nosotros comimos
Vosotros comísteis
Ellos comieron

Pretérito Imperfecto

Yo comía
Tu comías
Él/ella comía
Nosotros comíamos
Vosotros comíais
Ellos comían
